From the bottom of my heart, I cannot thank Gretchen Moran and her crew for all they have done for my situation.  Sadly, my mother passed away in July of 2019 following a brief illness.  It was not expected…we had about 2 ½ weeks from the time she went into the hospital until she was gone.  She left behind a great house, filled to the brim with almost 50 years of memories, and, things.  Mom was not a hoarder per se, but she liked her “stuff”.  From the basement, to the attic, to the bedrooms, there was “stuff”.  Not junk mind you.  Holiday decorations (and I mean for EVERY holiday), clothes (and she bought 2 of everything if not 3), things that she inherited from both her mother and mother in law when they passed on, every card, ornament, school trophy from her children…she had saved. Sterling silver, gold rimmed china, valuable Christmas plates, you name it, it was in this house.  Gretchen and her crew went through everything, with great caution and detail.  They saved aside things they knew would be family heirlooms. They told us when they found something valuable, and put them away for safe keeping. They researched every item in the house that we decided to put in the estate sale, priced appropriately, and were able to sell with great success.  Other estate sale companies might have found valuables we knew nothing about and decided to keep them for themselves.  Given the situation, I had to allow, and most importantly trust, Gretchen and team to go in and sort/sell a house packed to the brim, when I was not there to oversee everything.  I wholeheartedly trust and recommend this company should you find yourself in the same situation.
