What's in your cup?

God created our bodies so magnificently. Each part of our body functions, moves and lives without us having to give much thought. We don't have to make our heart beat. Tell our brains to work. Force our hands to pick up a glass. Take a step.

It just does what we will it to do. Amazing, right?

There are a few things that we MUST do in order to keep our bodies functioning well, and dare I even say, functioning optimally. One of those is to stay hydrated.

If our bodies were a car engine, we would put gas in when it's low and oil to keep all of the parts lubricated. Well, that is essentially what water does for the body. It allows our body functions to continue doing what they need to do.

When we are dehydrated, not taking in enough water, our bodies know. We get thirsty. We becomes sluggish and tired. Our digestion can suffer with constipation. Our blood can thicken and even cause headaches. And even more seriously - heart issues.

If you are having some strange physical symptoms that you just can't put your finger, you may need to hydrate. Grab a water bottle. Fill it up and take it with you wherever you go.

Hydrate, ya'll! Good, clean and pure water. Ditch the soda and fake energy drinks and choose water. You'll be amazed at how much better you feel.
